RaQuest - Renewal of Support

If you purchase a RaQuest Standard license or Flloating license, you have the option to renew support for a further year to keep receiving support benefits at the end of the period of 12 months. If you decide to renew multiple licenses, you must renew each of the expired licenses you intend to update at the renewal rate for each license.

How to Renew

If your support is valid:
At the beginning of the last month before your license expires, the renewal notice including purchase links will be emailed to you. This will be sent to the email address that you have provided us as registered information of your details, so if you have changed your email address after you registered, please contact us at global@sparxsystems.jp to update your details.

If your support has expired:
Please contact us at global@sparxsystems.jp for renewal/resumption purchase links. To avoid delay, please let us know your registration key, order number and the email address you registered before.

Resumption of Support

If a license has not been renewed with a maximum three year period since its date of purchase, a subscription resumption will have to be purchased.
