Making a New Project

There are two ways to create a new project file.

1.Create a new empty project file

All the project options have default values.

2.Create a new project file from the base project.

Settings of the base project are used for the project options and package structures.

1. Create a New Empty Project File

To make a new project file, follow the following steps:

Start RaQuest and select File | New Project menu item.

103

Enter the file name for a new project.

(For new SysML data Project, select "SysMLBase QEAX File" or "SysMLBase EAPX File" in the "Save as type".)

104

The new project file will be opened automatically. The project does not have any requirement items, so the requirement list is empty now.
