The setting of the user's name is common to Enterprise Architect and RaQuest.
The details of the procedure to configure the user's name in Enterprise Architect are as follows:
Enterprise Architect [Desktop Edition]/[Professional Edition]/[Corporate or Upper Edition with no security]
1.Start Enterprise Architect.
2.Select Start panel | Appearance | Preferences | Preferences menu item. The Preferences dialog will be displayed.
3.Select the Author field on General and type the desired user name into the Author field if necessary.
Enterprise Architect [Corporate or Upper Edition with security]
1.Start Enterprise Architect and open the project file.
2.The Authorization dialog will be displayed. Login as an administrator.
3.Select Settings panel | Security | Users menu item
4.The Security Users tab appears. Set up the login user.
5.Grant permission to the login user. The following permissions are needed to access all features of RaQuest:
oView Locks
oManage Diagrams
oGenerate Documents
oImport XMI
oExport XMI
oUpdate Elements
oLock Elements
oUpdate Diagrams
oManage Reference Data - Update(Not required. If not granted, the user can't change project option in RaQuest.)
When the project, which security is enabled by Enterprise Architect Corporate or Upper Edition, is loaded, the Authorization dialog appears. Type the registered user's name and password.
