Feature 1. Select multiple items in the list
The checkboxes in the list make possible to select multiple requirements, and you can edit those attributes, delete/move the requirements, and create relationships. (Moving multiple requirements/creating multiple relationships are done by the right-click drag & drop between the list and tree.)
